Young Sun은 부산에서 태어나 시카고와 디트로이트의 음악적 유산 속에서 성장한 DJ로, 하우스·테크노·머신 펑크의 DNA를 바탕으로 자신만의 사운드를 구축해왔다. 그루브와 반복, 감정적 긴장감에 대한 직관은 그의 셋을 관통하는 핵심 요소다. 아날로그의 온기와 디지털의 선명함이 공존하는 그의 플레이는 플레이풀한 일렉트로부터 어두운 프로그레시브한 결까지 자연스럽게 흐르며, 치밀한 페이싱과 스토리텔링으로 하나의 에너지 흐름을 만들어낸다. 최근 아시아와 유럽 전역에서 활동하며 Dias de Campo, Dimensions 페스티벌과 Mtkvarze, Outcast 등에 출연했고, Trommel이 선정한 ‘2026년 주목해야 할 아티스트’로 이름을 올렸다. 현재 Teller의 레지던트 DJ이자 Young Invites 큐레이터, Antidote의 핵심 아티스트로 활동 중이다.

Born in Busan and shaped by the musical legacies of Chicago and Detroit, Young Sun builds a sound rooted in house, techno, and machine funk. His sets are defined by an intuitive sense of groove, repetition, and emotional tension. Blending analog warmth with digital precision, his performances flow from playful electro to darker progressive shades, guided by meticulous pacing and narrative-driven mixing. Active across Asia and Europe, he has appeared at Dias de Campo and Dimensions Festival, as well as venues such as Mtkvarze and Outcast, and was named one of Trommel’s 12 artists to watch in 2026. He is a resident DJ at Teller, curator of Young Invites, and a core artist of Antidote.
