Ticket

•  토 16:00~월 16:00 티켓이 판매 됩니다. (캠핑 별도)

• 14:00 부터 입장 가능합니다.

• 한정 수량으로 조기 마감 될 수 있습니다.

• 티켓은 온라인 티켓으로 제공 되며, 현장에서 발권이 됩니다. 유효한 신분증을 확인 후 The Air House의 입장 밴드로 교환 됩니다.

• 입장밴드는 양도 및 개인간의 거래는 불법입니다. 입장밴드가 없는 참석자는 페스티벌에서 퇴장 될 수 있습니다.

• 플라스틱 컵 사용 자제 및 환경 보호에 동참해 주세요.

• Entrance is available from 14:00

• Due to limited quantities, tickets may be sold out early. Tickets are provided as online tickets and are issued on-site.

• After verifying a valid ID, online tickets will be exchanged for The Air House entry bands.

• Transfer of the admission band and trade between individuals are illegal.
  Attendees without an entrance band may be removed from the festival.

• Please refrain from using plastic cups and help protect the environment

Refund

• 티켓 교환/취소/환불은 예매하신 예매처에서만 가능하며 각 예매처의 환불 규정에 따라 환불이 가능합니다.

• 공연 당일 및 현장 환불은 불가합니다.

• 우천에 의한 환불은 불가합니다.​

• Ticket exchange/cancellation/refund is possible only at the ticket website where you made the purchase,
  and refund is possible according to the refund policy of each ticket website of purchase.

• Refunds are not possible on the day of the performance or on-site.

• Refunds due to rain are not possible.

Camping

• ​입장 티켓과 별도로 판매 됩니다. 캠핑은 사전 예약자만 가능합니다. (한정 수량으로 조기 마감 될 수 있습니다.)

• 행사장 내에서 취사는 금지되었습니다.

• 캠핑존은 무대와 거리가 가까워 소음의 문제가 발생 할 수 있습니다.

• 해가 진 후 캠핑 시에는 기온이 내려갈 수 있으니 이 점 유의하여 준비해 오시길 바랍니다.

• Campsite reservations are sold separately from entry tickets. Camping facilities are available for pre-booked guests only and are subject to limited availability, which may lead to early sell-out.

• Cooking within the event premises is strictly prohibited.

• Please be aware that the camping area is situated close to the stage, and noise issues may arise.

• As temperatures may drop after sunset, please come prepared for cooler conditions if you plan to camp.

Shooting (Photo, Video) Guide

•  행사장 전 구역은 THE AIR HOUSE 및 공식 협력 업체의 사진·영상 촬영이 진행되는 구역입니다. 행사장 입장 시 본인의 초상, 음성, 인터뷰, 사진 및 영상 등 일체의 초상저작물이 촬영·기록·편집·활용되는 것에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

• 행사 현장에서 촬영된 모든 사진 및 영상은 THE AIR HOUSE의 자산으로 관리되며, THE AIR HOUSE는 해당 콘텐츠를 국내외를 불문하고 홍보, 광고, 마케팅, 아카이빙, 보도, 출판, 전시 및 기타 상업적 목적으로 별도의 보상 없이 영구적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.

• 촬영된 콘텐츠는 THE AIR HOUSE의 공식 채널뿐만 아니라 협력사, 스폰서, 미디어 파트너 및 제휴 콘텐츠를 통해 공개·배포·활용될 수 있습니다.

• 개인적인 용도의 촬영은 가능하나, 사전 승인 없이 상업적·홍보적 목적의 촬영을 진행하거나 촬영물을 광고, 판매, 홍보, 마케팅 등에 활용하는 행위를 금지합니다.

• THE AIR HOUSE의 사전 서면 승인 없이 공식 촬영물의 복제, 편집, 재배포, 판매, 2차 저작물 제작 및 기타 상업적 이용을 금지합니다.

• 위 규정을 위반할 경우 촬영 중단, 콘텐츠 삭제 요청, 퇴장 조치 및 기타 필요한 법적 조치가 진행될 수 있습니다.

• All areas of the venue may be photographed and recorded by THE AIR HOUSE and its authorized partners. By entering the venue, attendees consent to the recording, editing, use, and distribution of their likeness, image, voice, interviews, photographs, and video footage.

• All photographs and video recordings captured at the event are the property of THE AIR HOUSE and may be used worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, for promotional, advertising, marketing, archival, editorial, publishing, exhibition, and other commercial purposes.

• Recorded content may be published, distributed, and used through THE AIR HOUSE’s official channels as well as those of its partners, sponsors, media partners, and affiliated projects.

• Photography and video recording for personal use are permitted. However, any commercial, promotional, advertising, marketing, resale, or business-related use of content captured at the event without prior written approval from THE AIR HOUSE is strictly prohibited.

• The reproduction, modification, redistribution, sale, creation of derivative works, or any commercial use of official event content without prior written consent from THE AIR HOUSE is strictly prohibited.

• Violation of these policies may result in removal from the venue, requests for content removal, restriction of future participation, and other legal remedies available under applicable law.

• 개인차량은 에어하우스 측에서 제공 되는 주차장을 이용해주세요. 불법 주 정차시 견인 될 수 있으며 페스티벌이 중단 될 수 있습니다.

• 제공하는 모든 안내를 제외한 추가적인 문의는 070-4132-1149 및 카카오톡 채널 : "디에어하우스" 로 문의해주세요. 

• 캠핑 및 현장 숙소는 예약자에 한해서 이용이 가능하며, 티켓 예매와 동시에 예약이 가능합니다.

• 화재 위험성이 있으므로, 모닥불은 에어하우스의 친구들이 관리합니다. 취사는 금지됩니다. 또한 흡연은 흡연 구역에서만 허용이 됩니다.

• 에어하우스 정책 상 일회용품의 반입을 금지합니다. (돗자리, 일회용 컵, 일회 용기 등)

• 쓰레기 줄이기와 분리 배출에 적극적으로 동참해주시기를 부탁드립니다. 자연을 존중하는 마음으로 쓰레기는 지정 된 곳에 버려주세요.

• 개인 사운드 시스템은 불가합니다. 개인 전기 또한 제공되지 않습니다.

• 애견 동반 가능하나 스테이지 출입이 안되며 애견을 묶어두고 혼자 두려움에 떨게 해서는 안됩니다.
  동물 보호법 지정 견종은 입마개 필수이며 배변 봉투는 꼭 지참해 주세요.

• 불법적인 행위, 타인에게 불쾌감을 주는 행위, 폭력, 차별, 악의적인 장난은 행사장에서 퇴장 당할 수 있습니다.

• 휘발성 물질, 폭발성 물질, 불꽃놀이, 마약, 레이저, 부부젤라, 메가폰, 횃불, 무기류, 불법적이거나 정치적인 깃발이나 스티커,
  배너는 반입이 금지되며, 현장에서 적발시 퇴장 조치 됩니다.

• 응급 상황시 현장의 구급대원 및 경호원을 찾아주세요.

• 행사장 내에서 개인적인 용도의 촬영은 허용되나, 플래시 사용은 자제해 주시기 바랍니다.
  상업적 또는 홍보 목적으로 진행 되는 촬영은 허용되지 않으며, 위반 시 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다. (DSLR 카메라 반입 금지)

• 귀중품은 안전하게 보관하시기 바랍니다. 모든 분실물에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있습니다.
  무언가를 찾았거나 잃어버렸다면 티켓 교환처에 맡겨주세요.

• 숲과 나무를 고의적으로 파괴하는 행위는 행사 취지에 맞지 않습니다. 우리가 처음 왔던 자연의 그 모습 그대로 지켜주세요.

• 사전 허가 받지 않은 무선 조종기(드론,RC카등)의 반입이 불가합니다.

• 여러 곳에서 에어하우스의 친구들이 음식과 음료를 판매하고 있습니다. 이로 인해 음식 및 주류 및 액채류는 반입이 불가합니다.

• 행사장에서는 불법 약물, 마약은 사용 금지입니다. 적발 시 경찰에 신고 및 인계 조치되며 또한 이로인해 발생하는 사고 및 이슈는
  에어하우스 측에서 책임 지지 않습니다. 또한 미개봉된 전자담배 및 담배만 반입 가능합니다.

• 모두가 즐거운 페스티벌이 될 수 있도록 타인에 대한 배려와 규칙 준수를 부탁드립니다.

• 티켓을 구매함으로써 위의 사항에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.

  Illegal parking can lead to towing and the suspension of the festival.

• Camping and on-site accommodation are available only for reservations,

  and reservations can be made at the same time as early bird admission ticket purchases.

• Due to the fire risk, bonfires are managed by members of THE AIR HOUSE.

  Cooking is prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in smoking areas.   

• In accordance with THE AIR HOUSE, brining disposable products is prohibited.

  (Picnic mats, Disposable cups, Disposable containers, etc.) 

• We ask for your active participation in reducing waste and separating recyclables.  

• With respect for nature, please dispose of trash in the designated areas.   

• Personal sound systems are not allowed. Personal electricity is also not provided.   

• Pets are allowed, but they are not permitted in the stage area, and they must not be left tied up alone causing distress. For designated breeds under animal protection laws, muzzles are mandatory.
  Please ensure you carry waste bags at all times. 

• Illegal acts, offensive behavior, violence, discrimination, and malicious mischief may result
  in expulsion from the venue.   

• Volatile substances, explosives, fireworks, drugs, lasers, vuvuzela, megaphones, torches, weapons, illegal or political flags or stickers, and banners are prohibited, and if caught on the spot, you will be required to leave the venue.   

• In case of an emergency, please find a paramedic or security staff on site.   

• Personal photography for private use is permitted within the venue; however, please refrain from using flash. Filming or photography for commercial or promotional purposes is not allowed, and violations may result in penalties. (DSLR cameras are not allowed inside the venue)

• Please keep your valuables secure. You are responsible for all lost items. If you find or lose something,
  please report it to the ticket booth. 

• Deliberate destruction of forests and trees goes against the purpose of the event.
  Please help preserve nature just as it was when we first arrived.

• Unauthorized remote-controlled devices (Drone, RC car, etc.) cannot be brought in.   

• The members of THE AIR HOUSE are selling food and drinks at various places.
  For this reason, food, alcohol, and all kinds of liquids cannot be brought in.   

• Illegal drugs and narcotics are prohibited at the venue. If caught, you will be reported and handed over to the police, and THE AIR HOUSE will not be responsible for any accidents or issues that arise. and Only unopened electronic cigarettes and tobacco products are allowed for entry.

• Please be considerate of others and follow the rules to ensure a fun festival for everyone.   

• By purchasing a ticket, we consider you agree to all of the above.
