2009년부터 활동해온 Robert Istoc은 정교함과 절제, 그리고 사운드와의 직접적인 연결을 바탕으로 유럽 언더그라운드 씬에서 자신만의 길을 구축해온 아티스트다. 모든 사운드는 하드웨어를 통해 라이브로 녹음되며 편집이나 후반 가공 없이 완성되고, 유행보다 구조와 밀도에 집중한 그의 사운드는 개인적이고 미니멀한 태도를 유지한다. 과거 Dubtil이라는 이름으로 활동했으며 현재는 본명으로 작업을 이어가고 있다. Fabric, Nitsa, Rex Club, Robert Johnson, Club der Visionaere, Underground Ibiza, The Air House Festival, Elysia 등 주요 클럽과 페스티벌에서 공연해왔고, 현재는 바이닐 전용 레이블 Infrequent와 로우한 EP 및 아날로그 샘플을 직접 전달하는 Bandcamp 프로젝트 Attitudes를 운영 중이다. 잠시의 재정비 이후, 그는 서두르지 않고 솔직한 태도로 사운드를 중심에 둔 작업을 이어가고 있다.

Active since 2009, Robert Istoc has steadily carved his path within the European underground through precision, restraint, and a direct connection to sound. All of his work is recorded live from hardware with no edits or post-processing, reflecting an instinctive and minimal approach focused on structure rather than trend. Formerly known as Dubtil, he now works under his real name, marking a clear and intentional shift. He has performed at venues and festivals such as Fabric, Nitsa, Rex Club, Robert Johnson, Club der Visionaere, Underground Ibiza, The Air House Festival, and Elysia. He currently runs two independent platforms: Infrequent, a vinyl-only imprint, and Attitudes, a direct-to-listener Bandcamp project for raw EPs and analog sample packs. After a period of realignment, Robert returns with a quiet focus—building slowly, staying honest, and working through sound without distraction.
