티켓은 온라인 티켓으로 제공 되며, 현장에서 발권이 됩니다. 유효한 신분증을 확인 후 The Air House의 입장 밴드로 교환 됩니다. 입장밴드는 양도 및 개인간의 거래는 불법입니다. 입장밴드가 없는 참석자는 페스티벌에서 퇴장 될 수 있습니다. 플라스틱 컵 사용 자제 및 환경 보호에 동참하세요.

Due to limited quantities, tickets may be sold out early. Tickets are provided as online tickets and are issued on-site.
After verifying a valid ID, online tickets will be exchanged for The Air House entry bands.Transfer of the admission band and trade between individuals are illegal. Attendees without an entrance band may be removed from the festival.

REFUND
티켓 교환/취소/환불은 예매하신 예매처에서만 가능하며 각 예매처의 환불 규정에 따라 환불이 가능합니다. 공연 당일 및 현장 환불은 불가합니다. 우천에 의한 환불은 불가합니다.
Ticket exchange/cancellation/refund is possible only at the ticket website where you made the purchase, and refund is possible according to the refund policy of each ticket website of purchase. Refunds are not possible on the day of the performance or on-site.
Refunds due to rain are not possible.
CAMPING & ROOM
입장 티켓과 별도로 판매 됩니다. 캠핑 및 숙소는 사전 예약자만 가능합니다. (한정 수량으로 조기 마감 될 수 있습니다.)
행사장 내에서 취사는 금지되었습니다. 캠핑존은 무대와 거리가 가까워 소음의 문제가 발생 할 수 있으니 이 점 유의해주시기 바랍니다.
해가 진 후 캠핑 시에는 기온이 내려갈 수 있으니 이 점 유의하여 준비해 오시길 바랍니다.
"Campsite and Room reservations are sold separately from entry tickets. Camping and Room facilities are available for pre-booked guests only and are subject to limited availability, which may lead to early sell-out. Cooking within the event premises is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that the camping area is situated close to the stage, and noise issues may arise. As temperatures may drop after sunset, please come prepared for cooler conditions if you plan to camp."
SHOOTING(PHOTO, VIDEO) GUIDE
행사장 전 구역은 THE AIR HOUSE 팀의 한해 촬영이 허용 된 구역입니다.
입장한 모든 관객에 대한 사진 및 영상 촬영으로 발생된 초상저작물인 사진 및 동영상 등을 "THE AIR HOUSE 팀" 측에게 초상권(공표거절권, 초상영리권)이 사용 동의됩니다.
THE AIR HOUSE는 공연장에서 촬영 된 모든 저작물을 사용할 수 있는 권리가 있으며 다양한 채널에서 홍보 및 광고 등
원본 또는 편집된 형대로 영구적으로 활용됩니다.
"The entire venue is designated as an area where "THE AIR HOUSE Team" is allowed to conduct annual filming. Therefore, by entering the premises, all attendees provide consent for the use of portraits, including photographs and videos, resulting from photo and video shooting by THE AIR HOUSE.
Portraiture rights (rights to publicity and rights to privacy) are agreed to be utilized by THE AIR HOUSE.
THE AIR HOUSE has the right to use all materials captured in the performance venue for promotional and advertising purposes across various channels, in both original and edited forms, and these materials will be utilized permanently."

4. 화재 위험성이 있으므로, 모닥불은 THE AIR HOUSE의 친구들이 관리합니다. 취사는 금지됩니다. 또한 흡연은 흡연 구역에서만 허용이 됩니다.
5. THE AIR HOUSE 정책 상 일회용품의 반입을 금지합니다. (돗자리, 일회용 컵, 일회 용기 등)
6. 쓰레기 줄이기와 분리 배출에 적극적으로 동참해주시기를 부탁드립니다.
7. 자연을 존중하는 마음으로 쓰레기는 지정 된 곳에 버려주세요.
8. 개인 사운드 시스템은 불가합니다. 개인 전기 또한 제공되지 않습니다.
9. 애견 동반 가능하나 스테이지 출입이 안되며 애견을 묶어두고 혼자 두려움에 떨게 해서는 안됩니다.
10. 불법적인 행위, 타인에게 불쾌감을 주는 행위, 폭력, 차별, 악의적인 장난은 행사장에서 퇴장 당 할 수 있습니다.
11. 휘발성 물질, 폭발성 물질, 불꽃놀이, 마약, 레이저, 부부젤라, 메가폰, 횃불, 무기류, 불법적이거나 정치적인 깃발이나 스티커, 배너는 반입이 금지되며, 현장에서 적발시 퇴장 조치 됩니다.
12. 응급 상황시 현장의 구급대원 및 경호원을 찾아주세요.
13. 개인촬영은 허가 되지만 플래시 사용을 자제해주세요. 또한 상업적이거나 불법적인 촬영은 금지 됩니다.(DSLR 카메라 반입 금지)
14. 귀중품은 안전하게 보관하시기 바랍니다. 모든 분실물에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있습니다. 무언가를 찾았거나 잃어버렸다면 티켓 교환처에 맡겨주세요.
15. 숲과 나무를 고의적으로 파괴하는 행위는 행사 취지에 맞지 않습니다. 우리가 처음 왔던 자연의 그 모습 그대로 지켜주세요.
16. 사전 허가 받지 않은 무선 조종기(드론,RC카등)의 반입이 불가합니다.
17. CHILL 존 및 곳곳에서 THE AIR HOUSE의 친구들이 음식과 음료를 판매하고 있습니다. 이로 인해 음식 및 주류 및 액채류는 반입이 불가합니다.
18. 행사장에서는 불법 약물, 마약은 사용 금지입니다. 적발 시 경찰에 신고 및 인계 조치되며 또한 이로인해 발생하는 사고 및 이슈는 THE AIR HOUSE 측에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
19. 모두가 즐거운 페스티벌이 될 수 있도록 타인에 대한 배려와 규칙 준수를 부탁드립니다.
20. 티켓을 구매함으로써 위의 사항에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.
1. For personal vehicles, please use the parking lot provided by THE AIR HOUSE. If parked illegally, vehicles may be towed away and the festival may be interrupted by complaints.

4. As there is a fire hazard, bonfires will be managed by THE AIR HOUSE staff. Cooking is prohibited. Also, smoking is only permitted in the smoking area.
5. The AIR HOUSE policy prohibits bringing in disposable items. (disposable mats, disposable cups, disposable containers, etc.)
6. We ask that you participate in waste reduction and separate disposal.
7. Please dispose of garbage in designated places with respect for nature.
8. Personal sound system is not allowed. Personal electricity is also not provided.
9. Pet dogs can be accompanied to the festival site, but not to the stage. Also, do not leave them behind feeling alone or scared.
10. Illegal acts, offending behaviors that may discomfort others, violence, discrimination, or malicious pranks - all can be reasons to be asked to leave the festival without warning.
11. Entry of volatile substances, explosives, fireworks, drugs, lasers, vuvuzelas, megaphones, torches, weapons, illegal or political flags or stickers, and banners is prohibited. If caught on site, you will be sent off.
12. In case of emergency, please find paramedics or bodyguards on the spot.
13. Personal photography is allowed, but please refrain from using flash. Also, commercial or illegal filming is prohibited.(DSLR cameras are not allowed)
14. Please keep your valuables safe. Individuals are responsible for all lost items. If you find or lose something, please drop it off at the ticket exchange office.
15. The intentional destruction of forests and trees is not in line with the purpose of the event. Please keep it as it is in nature, where we first came from.
16. Unauthorized radio controllers (drones, RC cars, etc.) cannot be brought in.
17. THE AIR HOUSE staff will be selling food and drinks in CHILL zone and elsewhere. For this reason, food, alcoholic beverages and liquids are not allowed to be brought in.
18. Illegal drugs and narcotics are prohibited in the event venue. If caught, you will be reported and handed over to the police, and THE AIR HOUSE is not responsible for any accidents or issues arising from this.
19. Please be considerate of others and respect the rules so that everyone can enjoy the festival.
20. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to all of the above.
