A 장소는 얼리버드 티켓 오픈과 함께 공지됩니다.

   The location will be announced when early bird tickets are released.

Q 연령 제한이 있나요?

   Is there an age restriction?

A 공연은 전체 관람가입니다. 미성년자(19세 이하)는 부모, 법적 보호자, 지명된 보호자와 동행할 경우, 입장 가능합니다. (13세 이하 어린이는 무료 입장입니다.)

   The performances are suitable for all ages. Minors under 19 years old may enter if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or designated guardian. (Children under 13 years old can enter for free.)

Q 프로그램은 어떻게 진행되나요?

   What kind of programs are offered?

A 2박 3일 동안 다양한 프로그램을 제공합니다. 전체 일정은 홈페이지 및 인스타그램을 참고해주세요.

   A variety of programs will be available over three days and two nights. Please refer to our website and Instagram for the full schedule.

Q 외부 음식과 음료 반입이 가능한가요?

   Can I bring outside food and beverages?

A 외부 음식 및 음료 모두 반입 금지입니다. 행사장 내에서 다양한 음식과 음료를 판매합니다.

   Outside food and beverages are prohibited. A wide range of food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.

 

Q 행사장 내에서 물을 마실 수 있는 시설이 있나요?

   Is there a place to drink water at the venue?

A 개인 텀블러나 컵 지참 시, 무료 Water bar 이용이 가능합니다.

   You can use the free Water Bar if you bring a personal tumbler or cup.

Q 개인 텀블러나 컵이 없을 경우, Bar 및 Water bar 이용이 불가능한가요?

   If I don't have a personal tumbler or cup, will I be unable to use the bar and Water bar?

A 개인 텀블러나 컵 지참하시는 것을 권장 드리며, 현장에서 컵 구매 후 이용 가능합니다.

   We recommend bringing your own tumbler or cup. If not, cups can be purchased on-site.

Q 샤워실 운영은 어떻게 하나요?

   How is the shower facility operated?

A 모든 에하Crew는 24시간 무료로 샤워실 이용이 가능합니다.

   Every The Air House crew member can use the showers 24 hours a day for free.

Q 분실물은 어떻게 찾나요?

   How can I retrieve lost items?

A 행사장 내 분실물 보관소에서 찾으실 수 있으며, 행사 이후 분실물은 홈페이지와 인스타그램에서 공지합니다.

   Lost items can be found at the on-site lost and found booth. After the event, announcements regarding lost items will be posted on our website and Instagram.

Q 돗자리나 캠핑 의자 반입이 가능한가요?

   Can I bring a picnic mat or camping chair?

A 일회용 돗자리 외 다회용 돗자리와 캠핑 의자는 반입 가능합니다.

   Non-disposable picnic mats and camping chairs can be brought. Disposable mats are not permitted.

 

Q The Air House에서 반입 불가 품목은 무엇인가요?

   What items are prohibited at The Air House?

A 아래의 품목은 일체 반입 금지합니다.

   The items listed below are not allowed to be brought in.

* 알코올 및 불법 약물(마약). 모든 종류의 무기, 휘발성 물질, 폭발성 물질, 불꽃놀이, 레이저, 불법적 · 정치적인 깃발이나 스티커, 일회용 플라스틱

* Alcohol and illegal drugs(narcotics), All types of weapons, Volatile substances, explosives, fireworks, and lasers, Illegal or political flags, stickers, Disposable plastics

Q 행사장 내 물품보관소가 있나요?

   Is there a storage facility at the venue?

A 행사장 입구에 있으며, 이용 금액은 5,000원 입니다.

   There is a storage area at the entrance of the venue. The usage fee is 5,000 KRW.

Q 휴대폰 충전소가 있나요?

   Is there a mobile phone charging station?

A 행사장 내 휴대폰 충전소가 있습니다.

   There are mobile phone charging stations available inside the venue.

Q 행사장 입장과 공연 시작 시간은 언제인가요?

   What time can I enter the venue and when does the performance start?

A 행사장 입장은 오후 2시이며, 공연 시작은 오후 4시부터 입니다.

   Entrance to the venue is at 2:00 PM, and the performance starts at 4:00 PM.

Q 티켓 구매는 어디서 하나요?

   How can I purchase tickets?

A 예매처 Kream(크림)과 RA에서 구매 가능합니다.

   Tickets are available through Kream and RA.

Q 애매한 티켓은 어디서 수령하나요?

   How will I receive my purchased ticket?

A 모바일 티켓으로 제공되며, 현장에서 Kream(크림) 및 RA 예매내역과 본인 확인 절차 후 티켓 수령과 입장 팔찌 착용이 가능합니다.

   You can receive your mobile ticket (QR code) through the ticketing platform. You can receive your wristband after presenting the booking details (mobile ticket) on the Kream or RA app and going through an identification process on site.

Q 예매한 티켓을 취소하고 싶습니다.

   Can I cancel my ticket?

A 예매한 티켓의 취소 및 환불은 공연 전일까지 가능하며, 예매처 규정에 따라 취소 수수료가 발생합니다. 자세한 규정은 예매처 하단의 예매 취소 조건을 확인해주시기 바랍니다. (출연 아티스트와 공연 시간은 부득이한 사정으로 변경될 수 있으며, 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다. 개인 사정, 변심으로 인한 취소 시에도 동일한 취소 규정이 적용되며 취소 수수료가 발생합니다. 우천 시에도 공연은 진행되며, 우천으로 인한 당일 취소 및 환불은 불가합니다. 공연 당일 교환 및 취소/환불은 불가합니다.)

   Tickets can be canceled or refunded up to the day before the event.
(Cancellation fees apply as per the ticketing platform’s policies. Changes to the artist lineup or performance schedule due to unavoidable circumstances are not grounds for refunds. Cancellation fees also apply to cancellations due to personal reasons. The event will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather, and cancellations or refunds due to rain are not allowed. No exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on the day of the event.)

 

Q 입장 팔찌 분실했을 경우, 재발행 가능한가요?

   What happens if I lose my entry wristband?

A 입장 팔찌는 분실 및 훼손을 포함한 어떤 경우에도 일절 재발행 불가합니다.

* 최초 입장 팔찌는 팔찌 배부처에서 모바일 티켓 예매자 본인 확인 후, 1회에 한하여 스태프가 직접 착용해드립니다. 이외 다른 형태의 전달 및 제공은 불가합니다.

   Entry wristbands cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or damage.
*The initial entry wristband will be provided by staff at the distribution point after verifying the mobile ticket holder's identity. It will be applied by staff only once, and no other form of delivery or provision is allowed.

 

Q 입장 시간은 어떻게 되나요?

   What is the entry time?

A 티켓 권종에 따라 오후 2시부터 입장 가능합니다.

   Entry begins at 2 PM depending on ticket type.

 

Q 재 입장이 가능한가요?

   Can I re-enter the venue?

A 티켓 권종에 따라 자유롭게 재입장 가능합니다.

   Re-entry is allowed depending on your ticket type.

 

Q 우천 시, 행사는 어떻게 진행되나요?

   What happens in case of rain?

A 우천 시에도 정상적으로 행사 진행합니다.

   The event will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather.

 

Q 반려견 동행이 가능한가요?

   Can I bring my pet?

A 애견 동반 가능하나 제한된 구역이 있을 수 있습니다. 동물 보호법 지정 견종은 입마개 필수이며, 배변 봉투는 꼭 지참해주세요.

   Pets are allowed but may have restricted access to certain areas. For designated breeds under animal protection laws, muzzles are mandatory, and you must carry waste bags.

 

Q 현장에서 티켓 구매 가능한가요?

   Can I purchase tickets on-site?

A 현장 구매 가능하며, 티켓 가격은 정상 가격으로 판매합니다.

   You can purchase on-site tickets with the regular price.

 

Q 티켓에 숙박이 포함되어 있나요?

   Does the ticket include accommodation?

A 입장권과 숙박권은 별도입니다. 행사 내 숙소 또는 인근 숙박 업소 이용해주시기 바랍니다.

   Admission tickets and accommodation are sold separately. Please use on-site or nearby accommodations.

Q 행사장 내 숙소(캠핑) 등 어디서 예약하나요?

A Kream(크림)과 RA에서 예약 가능합니다.

   Reservations can be made through Kream and RA.

 

Q 입장권 없이 캠핑 및 숙소 이용이 가능한가요?

   Can I use the campsite or accommodations without an admission ticket?

A 입장권 없이 행사장 내 모든 숙소 이용이 불가합니다. *행사장 내 숙소는 2박 3일 숙박권이지만, 1박 2일 입장권 고객은 해당 입장권 일자만 이용 가능합니다.

   Access to all accommodations within the venue is not permitted without an entry ticket.
* While accommodations at the venue are for a 2-night, 3-day stay, customers with a 1-night, 2-day entry ticket may only use the accommodation for the dates specified by their ticket.

Q 렌탈 렌트와 캠핑 사이트의 차이점은 무엇인가요?

A 렌탈 텐트는 장비 대여 및 셋팅까지 되어 있으며, 캠핑 사이트는 공간만 제공합니다.

   Rental tents include equipment setup, while camp sites provide space only.

 

Q 캠핑 사이트 한 공간에 여러 개의 텐트를 설치해도 되나요?

   Can multiple tents be set up in one camp site?

A 규격 내 여러 개의 텐트 설치 가능합니다.

   Yes, multiple tents can be set up within the designated space.

 

Q 캠핑 및 숙소는 현장 구매 가능한가요?

   Can camping and accommodation be purchased on-site?

A 캠핑 및 숙소는 사전 구매만 가능합니다.

   Camping and accommodations can only be booked in advance.

 

Q 캠핑존에서 취사 및 개별 전기 지원이 되나요?

   Can I cook or use individual electrical outlets in the camping zone?

A 취사는 불가하며, 공용 전기만 지원됩니다.

   Cooking is not allowed, and individual camping sites do not have dedicated electrical outlets. However, public outlets are available in designated areas for shared use.
